1 Loaf of White Bread
1 tsp of Sage
1 Egg, beaten
32 oz Container of Chicken Broth
1 Cup of Sliced, Cooked Celery
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out bread to dry out overnight. Then cut or break into one inch pieces. Add bread to a 13X9 inch greased backing dish. Sprinkle sage and salt and pepper over the top. Then pour celery over that. Mix well. Pour broth over all and mix again. Pour the beaten egg over all then bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes until lightly browned.
