Ingredients:	Ingredients: Cake: 1 1/3 c sweetener 3/4 c butter 8 larg eggs 1/8 c sour cream 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 Tbsp lemon zest 3 c almond flour 1/2 c coconut flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/4 c strawberries sliced thin Frosting 1/2 c strawberries 1 1/2 c powdered sweetener 2/3 c sour cream 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 c. heavy cream

Directions:	Directions: 350º Line, grease and flour cake pans In a large bowl beat butter and sweetener until light and fluffy beat in eggs one at a time, then sour cream, lemon juice & zest Beat in dry ingredients Pour into pans, smooth top Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and clean toothpick Frosting: Puree berries in blender Add next 3 ingredients and puree again. Beat cream to stiff peaks Add puree, 1/4 c at a time, very gently Decorate with thinly sliced berries
