1 lg. head cabbage, grated in strips
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
5 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place the vegetables in a large bowl and mix. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and set aside. Bring to a boil the remaining sugar, mustard seed, celery seed, salt, white vinegar, 3/4 c. vegetable oil. Pour over cabbagge and mix. After refrigerated will keep several days.
