1tsp pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup 2% milk
1 loaf brioche
1 cup fresh berries
BOURBON SAUCE
1/2cup evaporated skim milk
1tsp bourbon
1tasp brown sugar
1 egg yolk

Directions:
preheat oven to 300 coat an 8 inch baking pan with oil spray.
in medium bowl mix all wet ingredients together.
break bread up in to small pieces and spread out in pan put berries in pan add more bread on top
and bake for 45 minute
SAUCE
in small saucepan over med heat bring milk ,bourbon, sugar to a simmer ,
whisking egg yolk in to saucepan
