Ingredients: |
Ingredients: 4 cups Corn Chex 4 cups Rice Chex 4 cups Wheat Chex 4 cups Potato Stix 3 cups CheezIt's 3 cups Cheerios 3 cups Kix 3 cups mixed nuts 12 Tbsp. melted butter 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 4.5 tsp seasoned salt 2.5 tsp. garlic powder 1.5 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. cayenne pepper (if you like it spicy)

Directions: |
Directions:1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all of the cereals, Potato Stix, CheezIt's and nuts together in a very large turkey roasting pan.
3. Melt butter.
4. Mix in Worcestershire sauce and seasonings to melted butter until dissolved.
5. Pour wet mixture over dry mixture, mix well (I like to start the dry mixture as a smaller batch, adding more dry mixture before adding more wet mixture...alternating...basically so that it all get an even coating).
6. Put in oven.
7. Remove every 15 minutes to stir well, pulling moist pieces to the top each time.
8. I'd say remove 4 or 5 times (every 15 minutes). You will know when it is done when most of the pieces look "toasty" and does not feel so "wet".
9. Spread entire batch out onto multiple cookie sheets or a big piece of tin foil to cool.
10. Pack in bins / Tupperware with lids. Will stay preserved for up to 2 months! |

Notes: This recipe makes a very large batch (I like to share). Cut ingredients in half if you do not have a large turkey roasting pan to cook in.
