1 ½ sticks butter
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup mustard
2 tbsp Tony's Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp lemon juice
10-12 lb turkey
1 large syringe

Directions:
Directions:
Inject hot mixture into the turkey breast, legs, thighs. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. In large cooking pot: Fry in peanut oil heated to 375º. Cook 20 minutes plus 2 minutes per pound. Example: a 10 lb turkey cooks for 40 minutes.
