5 lbs. meat (beef, pork, or fowl)
¾ cup catsup
½ cup vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dry mustard
½ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp chili powder

Directions:
Cook meat slowly (roast or boil. time/temperature will vary, depending on meat). Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients and mix into sauce.
Shred cooked meat and spread in bottom of large broiling pan. Pour sauce evenly over shredded meat. Broil for 10-15 minutes stirring/mixing occasionally to coat and brown evenly.
