1 head lettuce
1 pkg fresh spinach
1 can drained bean sprouts
1/2# crispy bacon crumbled
5 chopped eggs

1 c vegetable oil
1 small onion chopped fine
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c ketchup
1/4 c cider vinegar
dash of celery seed

Fry bacon until very crispy, drain and crumble
boil eggs and chop
Mix dressing ingredients in a blender or shaker jar
toss rest of ingredients together-this makes enough dressing for 2 salads

This was originally served at a local restaurant in Toledo, Timkos Soup and Such.
They were known for this salad, buffet and prime rib. It was a popular place in the 70-80's
