2 deluxe kraft macaroni and cheese dinners
1 pound hot smoked sausage, cut up
1 pound ground beef
8 ounce canned mushrooms
2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
8 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Boil sausage, green peppers, and mushrooms for 15 to 20 minutes, then drain. Cook macaroni according to directions on package. In large bowl mix together the macaroni, cans of cheese sauce, sausage, green pepper, mushrooms, beef, onion, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Pour into casserole. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes. Stir and bake an additional 15 minutes.
