16 oz ground beef
1 cup Rao's marinara sauce
2 zucchini large
10 oz ricotta cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded]
1 lb Italian sausage
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Peel zucchini into strips. Salt and let sit for 15 minutes and blot with paper towels.

Brown ground beef , brown sausage and drain.

Season well with salt and pepper.

Layer into a small casserole dish: sauce, zucchini, ricotta, meat, mozzarella. Repeat layers. Last layer is Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Broil uncovered for 2-3 minutes to brown the top.

May need more cook time if it is a deep lasagna
