2 ½ c. flour
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
¾ c. shortening - part butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
¼ tsp. almond extract
¼ tsp. lemon extract
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening/butter with sugar
Add eggs and beat thoroughly
Add milk and extracts and mix well
Add flour, soda, salt to the mixture

Chill before baking.

Bake 375º for 10 min.

Frost with favorite icing.
