3 - 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
½ tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Cherry (or strawberry pie filling)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well blended and smooth with an electric mixer.

Place 2" foil cups on cookie sheet and put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.

Fill ¾ full with cream cheese mixture. Fork 1 cherry or strawberry and place in center
of each.

Bake 350º for 15 min. Cool ½ hour and then refrigerate.
These freeze well.

Foil cups can be bought at Maid of Scandinavia, Michael's or Hobby Lobby.
