2 Tbsp Butter
1 small can sliced mushrooms
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup Green Pepper (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar of chopped Pimento
½ cup milk
8 precooked lasagna noodles ( buy the noodles that don't have to be boiled first)
3 cups cubed chicken (I use the shredded frozen chicken in the bag)
12 to 16 oz cottage cheese
2 cups shreded cheddar cheese
½ cup Parmesean Cheese
1 Tbsp Basil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms, onions, and peppers in butter until tender. Remove from heat.
Stir in soup, milk, pimento and basil.
Arrange 4 noodles over bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan
Top with ½ sauce, ½ cottage cheese, ½ chicken, ½ shredded cheese and ½ parmesean cheese
Add remaining noodles
Repeating layers of sauce, cottage cheese, chicken and cheeses.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
