6 medium sized potatoes
6 slices bacon
3/4 c chopped onions
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
dash pepper
3/4 c water
1/2 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins on. Fry bacon until crispy and save 1/3 of bacon fat in the frying pan and add in onions. Mix in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper. Stir in water and vinegar and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Stir into potatoes and broken bacon pieces.
