1 - 5 to 6 lb beef roast
1 can of Beefy Mushroom Soup
1 can of Fench Onion Soup ( I substitute this for Lipton Beefy Onion Soup with 1 can of water)
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours
Serve with your favorite buns
I also serve with swiss cheese on top of the beef sandwhich
