Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 to 2 lbs bonless skinless chicken breasts (3 large breasts from Sam's)
3 medium carrots chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
½ cup Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp minces Garlic
2 boxes low sodium chicken broth
1 cup water
3 bay leaves
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
2 small bags of Tortellini with cheese
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a crock pot except for Tortellini
Cook on low for 6 hours
Shred the chicken after fully cooked
Add the Tortellini and cook in the crock pot for 10 to 15 minutes until the Tortellini is fully cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Discared Bay leaves
I serve each bowl of soup garnished with Parmesean cheese sprinkled on top

I also serve with crackers or with french bread and olive oil.
