1 c Emmanthaler Swiss cheese grated
1 c Gruyere Swiss grated
3/4 c white cooking wine (sauvignon blanc)
squeeze fresh lemon
1 spoonful chopped garlic
Fresh ground pepper
Dash nutmeg
Shot of dry cherry liquor (Schnapps)

Directions:

Add all ingredients to fondue pot or double boiler to melt. Serve with rye bread, pumpernickel, french bread, granny smith apples.
