lb. bacon
1 quart water
1 c. onion
3 c. onion
12 oz. evaporated milk
2 c. (16 oz) minced clams
2 c. celery
2 c. carrots
fish sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute bacon, onion, celery and carrots.
2. Add water and potatoes-Boil.
3. Add clams and simmer until done.
4. Add salt, pepper to taste.
5. Add milk (fish sauce if wanted)
6. Thicken with cornstarch mixture to desired consistency.
