1 1/2 12 ounce packages fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 small oranges, seeded
4 sprigs fresh mint (reserve 1 for garnish)
1/2 c walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place package of fresh cranberries in freezer for several hours. Blend frozen cranberries, sugar, orange and 3 sprigs fresh mint in food processor until it is the consistency of relish. Remove and add chopped walnuts. Garnish with 1 mint sprig, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
