3 cups chickpeas (cook your own and freeze the rest for a later use) or 2 cans drained and rinsed
1 cup all-natural nut butter
1/2 cup date paste
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place chickpeas into a food processor and process until crumb-like. Add in nut butter, date paste, vanilla, chia seeds, and cinnamon and mix until it forms a sticky dough. Place into a mixing bowl and then fold in chocolate chips. Form into 1.5-2" balls and place onto a cookie sheet. Slightly flatten with the palm of your hand. Bake 10 min.
Or just keep the dough refrigerated and eat the raw dough! Keeps in fridge for about 3 days.
