3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped and thawed frozen strawberries
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center. Combine eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans. Add to sifted ingredients, stirring until well combined. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 in. loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool bread in pan for 10 minutes. Remove bread from pans and cool completely.
