Ingredients:  
1 1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oatmeal. Set aside. Beat margarine and sugars. Blend in vanilla and eggs. Add oatmeal and then dry ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9 greased baking pan.
Bake @ 350º for 50 minutes.

When baked cover with the following:
Cream together:
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup walnuts (optional)
Place under broiler until bubbly. Do not burn.
