1 3/4 cups water
3/4 cup sugar
1 pkg lemon jello
Juices of 2 lemons
1 large can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups graham crackers
2 Tbs sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water with sugar 2 minutes. Dissolve pkg of Lemon jello, lemon juice, and lemon rind. Cook, then put in refrigerator to gel. Whip large can evaporated milk. Put bowl and beaten ingredients in frig till itís very cold. Whip jello mixture and milk. Mix crushed graham crumbs and butter until soft. Line pan pour in mixture, put remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.
