4 1/2-5 cups Confectioner's Sugar
1 Tablespoon Butter, softened
2 1/2-3 teaspoons Peppermint Extract
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips for baking, melted
2-3 teaspoons shortening

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine butter and extracts until well blended.
Add 4 c. sugar until incorporated as much as possible.
Add half the milk. Stir again until smooth and wet.
Add the rest of the milk.
Add 1/2-1 c of sugar, depending on consistency you want. Will have to use hands to finish mixing.
Should be the consistency of play dough or stiffer.
Form 1" balls. Place on wax paper lined pan and chill 30+ minutes.
If prefer patty shape. Flatten to 1/4" thick. Chill 20 more minutes.
Meanwhile melt chocolate and shortening. Double boiler or fondue pot.
Let cool a few minutes before dipping.
Return patties to pan and chill at least 30 minutes.
