2 C. crushed Strawberries
4 C. Sugar
1 pkg Pectin
3/4 C. Water

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix strawberries and sugar. Let stand 10 minutes.

Stir 1 package of Pectin and 3/4 cup water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil on high heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add Pectin mixture to the fruit; stir 3 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved and no longer grainy.

Pour into jars or plastic containers, leaving 1/2 inch space at top for expansion. Cover with lids.

Let stand at room temperature or until set. Place in freezer.
