1 Tabasco pepper
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz. mild cheddar cheese grated
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
1 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash salt and pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese with other ingredients and mix well. Form into a ball or a roll. Place on wax paper and chill. Roll cheese ball into finely chopped pecans. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate. Slice thin to serve.

I knew this was my Aunt Joyce's recipe because it was written on the back of a Bingo bulletin. She and her husband used to run bingo games in Attalla on Friday night as this bulletin states. I can remember getting to go one night and play like 4 cards while with my grandparents (Papa and Mamaw Edwards) and I can remember yelling "Bingo" at least twice. I don't think I won money because I was too young to play for that. I believe I got things like stuffed animals etc...Bev
