6-8 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
1/2-3/4 LBS POWDERED SUGAR

MELT BUTTER IN SAUCEPAN
STIR IN MILK AND BROWN SUGAR TILL MELTED.
REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN POWDERED SUGAR.
