2 c. scalded sweet milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 stick margarine
7 c. sifted flour (all purpose)
3 eggs, beaten
2 pgk. yeast
1/4 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Dissolve sugar, salt, margarinne in hot milk. Cool to lukewarm and add yeast and beaten eggs. Stir in flour and beat until smooth (apprx. 5 min.) Keep in refrigerator until next day so dough will be firm.

Take out of refrigerator about 2 hours before serving. Roll out dough to desired thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter. Place in greased pand and brush with melter butter. Sit in a warm area and let rise for about 45 minutes.

Bake in 400º preheated oven for 15 minuutes or until brown.
