Olive Garden Dressing

Ingredients:
½ cup vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup corn syrup or honey
1 ½ tablespoons grated Romano cheese
2 Tablespoons dry pectin – use the same pectin that you would use in making jam
1 beaten egg
¼ teaspoon dried parsley
1 ¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of red pepper flakes(optional)

Directions:

Use a mason jar to put all ingredients in and shake; store in the fridge and shake each time you will use the dressing.

I love this dressing and use it on a variety of salads! I have purchased store-bought dressing and it is not quite the same - this recipe is the closest to the real thing!
