2 eggs
3 c milk
2 pkgs yeast
½ c shortening
½ c sugar
2 tsp salt
~7 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix half of the flour and yeast together. Heat milk, salt, and shortening together in a pan until warm and sugar is dissolved. Add milk mixture to flour mixture and beat, gradually add eggs. Mix until dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl. Place in a warm area, cover with a towel, and let rise until doubled in size. Punch down. Knead on a floured surface. Divide in half. (Can use all dough to make 2 pans of rolls, or make one pan of rolls and one pan of cinnamon rolls.) With one half of dough separate into 12 balls of equal size and put in a pan. Press down. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350º till golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Brush warm rolls with melted butter if desired.
