1 medium chicken
6-8 c. water
3 medium carrots
3 stalks celery
1 medium onion
2 eggs
flour
4-5 bouillon cubes, if desired
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large kettle/stockpot add chicken and water. Boil til tender (roughly 1 hour).
2. Remove chicken from pot to cool. De-bone when cool and cut into bite sized pieces.
3. Combine eggs and flour until dough sticks together but does not stick to your hands. Roll out on floured surface to desired thickness. When dry, cut into strips.
4. Add celery, carrots, onion and pressed garlic to kettle. Add chicken bouillon at this time. Cook until soft.
5. Return chicken to pot.
6. Bring to a boil.
7. Add noodles.
8. Boil for 10-12 minutes, til noodles are soft.
