1 cup sour cream
2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 lb. of sharp cheese, grated

Melt butter I microwave and add sour cream. Add flour, blending well. Add grated cheese. Pour in mini muffin pans to 3/4 full. Bake in 400º oven for 15-20 minutes.
