¼ cup butter
1 cup course cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 egg beaten
4 teaspoons of milk
6 pork chops, ¾-inch thick

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in non-stick baking pan and put in oven at 325º to melt.
In shallow bowl, combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. In another shallow bowl blend egg and milk. Coat chops with crumbs, dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs. Place in baking pan and bake 30 minutes. Turn chops and bake on other side 30 minutes or until done.
