1/2 STICK BUTTER
1 (8 OZ) CREAM CHEESE
SPECK OF MILK
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

PEEL AND QUARTER POTATOES. BOIL. DRAIN, THEN IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, MASH POTATOES. ADD BUTTER AND SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE. ONLY ADD ENOUGH MILK TO ACHIEVE DESIRED CONSISTENCY. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.

OPTIONAL- ADD A SMALL AMT OF HORSERADISH TO ADD A ZIPPY TASTE
