2 lbs ground beef chuck or ground turkey
2 large eggs
1 large granny smith apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 small onion finely diced
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
cup orange juice
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1 jar (8 oz) mango chutney chopped ( cup)






Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In large bowl mix beef, eggs, apple, onion, bread crumbs, orange juice, curry powder, salt and cup chutney just until well combined.

Spoon meat mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan; press down gently. Bake meat loaf for 1hr and 15mins. Let stand in pan for 10 mins.
Pour fat off from loaf pan. Invert loaf onto a platter, spread top with remaining chutney.
