6 potatoes baked
1 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup non-fat cream cheese
¼ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon horseradish
¼ cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the top of each potatoes lengthwise, and spoon out potato pulp. Set potato shells aside. Mix potato pulp, yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, horseradish, green onion, and parsley. Spoon back into potato shells. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
