2 cups unbleached flour or whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour and salt in a bowl. Combine oil and water into flour mixture with a fork.
Form into 2 balls with your hands and let sit, covered with a cloth for 5 minutes.
Roll out between sheets of waxed paper.

For prebaked pie shell, prick with a fork and bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.

Makes one 10 inch or two 9 inch crusts
