For a 3 ½ lb bird:

1 large onion chopped fine
3 tbsp butter
½ chopped celery with leaves
¼ cup chopped parsley
1 ½ cups small crumb Pepperidge Farms stuffing
1 tsp salt
¾ tsp paprika
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp sage
1 tsp thyme
¼ of a quarter lb. stick of butter (her words as written)*

Directions:

Let cook slowly chopped onion in 3 tbsp butter in large frying pan until yellow

Add celery, parsley and package stuffing and mix well.

Add spices and butter

Taste!
