1 cup Flour
½ cup Sugar, divided
⅓ cup Butter
½ cup toasted slivered Almonds
2 Tbsp. Cold Water
1 pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
1 Egg
1 cup each fresh blackberries and peach slices
2 Tbsp. slivered Almonds

Preheat oven to 350ºF

Directions:

1. Mix Flour and ¼ cup of the sugar in medium bowl.
2. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
3. Place ½ cup almonds in blender container; cover. Process until ground. Add to flour mixture
4. Add Water; stir until dough forms a ball
5. Press onto bottom and up side of a 9-inch tart pan.
6. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. remove from oven and cool

7. Beat cream cheese, remaining ¼ cup sugar and egg with electric mixer until well blended
8. Pour into crust. Top with peaches and berries.
9. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp almonds.
10. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
