Mexican Almond Crescents Recipe

Ingredients:  
1 cup soft butter
½ cup sifted powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour (sift - optional)
½ tsp salt
1 cup oats
½ cup finally chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add vanilla.
Add flour and salt.
Add nuts and oats.
Shape into balls and crescents.
Bake at 325º for 12-13 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool
Roll in lots of powdered sugar twice (1st time when slightly warm).
