1- 30 oz. bag of frozen hash browns (thawed before cooking)
(I place them in a colander to thaw them out)
1- 32 oz. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese ( not fat free)
1 cup shredded cheese
3 oz. bacon bits
Salt and pepper to taste

Place thawed potatoes in the crock pot
Mix together the chicken broth and chicken soup until blended. Pour over the hash browns.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
An hour before serving, add cream cheese that has been cut up into small cubes.
Stirring occasionally until cream cheese has thoroughly melted into soup.

When ready to serve soup, top with the shredded cheese and bacon.
