1/2c soft butter
1/2c peanut butter
1/2c sugar
1/2c brown sugar
1/2tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 and 1/4c sifted flour
1/2tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and peanut butter. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs. Beat until light.
Add sifted dry ingredients. Mix well.

Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Put on greased baking sheet. Press flat with fork.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 - 12 mins or until lightly brown.

Yields 4 dozen. Store air-tight. Will ship well.
