(32 oz) package frozen hashbrowns
1 cup chopped onion
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
2 cups water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
2 cups milk
tsp dried parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients and bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk, cook until heated. Can garnish with ham, bacon, cheese, chives, green onions.
