½ cup oil
1 cup apricot nectar-this can be hard to find, it is usually in the fruit aisle or the Latin food section
⅔ cup powdered sugar, sifted

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Juice and zest from 2 lemons

Mix all ingredients and bake in a round or bundt pan. Bake cake according to cake mix times. Cool, then glaze cake, be sure to evenly distribute glaze.
