½ cup oil
1 cup apricot nectar-this can be hard to find, it is usually in the fruit aisle or the Latin food section
⅔ cup powdered sugar, sifted

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Juice and zest from 2 lemons

Mix all ingredients and bake in a round or bundt pan. Bake cake according to cake mix times. Cool, then glaze cake, be sure to evenly distribute glaze.

This is Zuzu's recipe. It is so easy but so good if you want a lemon dessert. She made this cake the first weekend she met your Dad before we got married. Dad had never had it before but I've been making it for him since then!
