1 small package instant chocolate pudding

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in the Kitchen Aid. Pour into a bundt pan sprayed with Baker's Joy-this has flour mixed in the can so the cake won't stick. Works better than Pam. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean. Cool, invert cake on a cake stand and glaze.

Personal Notes:
This recipe is from the St Paul's Episcopal Church cookbook. It is Connie Schirmer's recipe. I always bake this in a Nordic Ware Cathedral pan, it makes a beautiful cake. Julie Grace showed me the Cathedral pan, this was the first time I tasted the cake. It is rich but so delicious!
