1 egg white
1 teaspoon water
1 pound pecan halves
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Use 2 bowls

1. 1st bowl: beat egg white and water until foaming. Drop pecans in mixture; mix well; make sure both sides pf pecans are coated.

2. 2nd bowl: Mix sugar cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Drop wet nuts into second bowl. Stir well.

3. Place nuts on well greased cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 250º. Stir every 15 minutes.
