Crust:
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup confectionary sugar
2 cups flower

Filling:
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoon flour
7 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cups sugar

Directions:

Crust:
Mix together butter, confectionary sugar, and flour until crumbly. Press into greased 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.


Fiiling:
1. Beat well with mixer: eggs, salt, baking powder, flour and lemon juice.

2. Gradually beat in 2 cups sugar.

3. When mixture is well beaten, pour over crust and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

4. Dust top with confectionary sugar and cut into squares before thoroughly cooled.
