2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line a 9x9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and grease.
2. in a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa, and milk. Stir to mix together well and bring to a boil while constantly stirring. Reduce heat to low.
3. Cook, without stirring, until a candy thermometer reaches 238 degres F.
4. Remove from the heat. Add in the butter and vanilla extract. Stir very well with a wooden spoon.
5. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and let cool for one hour.
6. Place the baking pan in the refrigerator and let set for 3-4 hours.
