8-10 medium potatoes
3oz cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes. Peel & cut into large pieces. Heat 2 inches salted water (1tsp salt to 1 cup water) to boiling. Add potatoes. Cover & heat to boiling. Cook until tender, approximately 25-30min. Drain. Mash with sour cream & cream cheese. Garlic salt to taste. Place in greased 2qt casserole. May refrigerate up to 1 week. When ready to serve, bake at 350º F for 1hr. May put butter on top.
