Preheat oven 350º
Use a jelly roll pan. 13x18 lines with parchment paper no need to spray
2 cups flour
2 cups ( less ) sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 cup water
1/3 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting
1 stick butter
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1tbsp vanilla
1cup chopped toasted pecan

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour sugar baking powder and salt . Whisk to combine .
In medium saucepan, add 2 sticks butter water and 1/3 cup cocoa. Boil stirring often. Remove from heat and add to flour mixture. Stir to combine. Add sour cream eggs and vanilla- mix thoroughly.
Spread into prepared jelly roll pan .
Bake 20-22 minutes or until cake springs back in center and edges are pulling away from the pan
While cake is baking prepare frosting
Medium bowl combine 1 stick melted
Butter milk 1/4 cup cocoa powder.mix until smooth add powdered sugar and vanilla and combine. Which until smooth
Frost cake immediately out of the oven sprinkle with pecans
Let cool before serving
